About The Project

      For our project, The Story of a Seed, we decided to see how seeds would grow in coconut water, versus regular water. For our experiment, we water each of our cups of Red Russian Kale, or Brassica oleracea cultivar seeds with either 35 ml of coconut water, or 35 ml of regular water. We have all done some gardening in the past, and are all excited to do this experiment! As forward thinking people, we really wanted to do this, since, if coconut water did, in fact, increase the growth of plants, then everybody could have a lot easier time growing whatever they want. Think of how awesome that would be!
